Positions available

Position: Tower/Ground Crew Leads

Description: Lead a crew or crews of tower and/or ground personnel.  Familiarity with the installation or decommission of lines, connectors, jumpers, antennas, tmas, diplexers, duplexers, etc.  Sweeping sites. Installation or decommission of radios, radio cabinets, etc. Troubleshooting issues with any of the above items.

Requirements: Previous experience as a Crew Lead required. Minimum of 2-5 years experience in telecommunications. Certification in Anritsu. Clean driving record. Computer literate.


Position: Tower Crew

Description:  Tower climbing. Installation or decommission of lines, connectors, jumpers, antennas, tmas, diplexers, duplexers, etc. Troubleshooting issues with any of the above items.

Requirements: Minimum of 1-2 years experience preferred in tower crew operations.


Position: Ground Crew

Description:  Installation or decommission of connectors, jumpers, diplexers, duplexers, radios, radio cabinets, etc. Troubleshooting issues with any of the above items.

Requirements: Minimum of 1-2 years experience preferred in ground crew operations.


Position: Receptionist

Description: Professionally greet clients, customers and visitors. Answer and direct incoming calls. Accurately and effectively perform data entry into various software applications. Continually track the status of various projects and employees. Generate documents and correspondence as necessary using MS Office products. Log and track applications and resumes and maintain the employment application filing system. Ability to multi-task effectively.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Manage time and tasks effectively and efficiently while working on multiple tasks. Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products - Word, Outlook, Excel and Access. 

 

ACS Information

  • Safety is our #1 concern.

  • Currently all ACS employees are Comtrain certified in tower climbing safety and rescue.

  • ACS follows strict Environmental Health and Safety procedures.  You will be given a copy of these procedures upon initial employment.

  • ACS maintains its' own Tower Climbing and Fall Protection Policy.  This policy is based off of the United States Government Bureau of Land Management recommendations.  As a new tower or ground crew member you will be given a copy of this policy.
